She is a results oriented highly developed administrator with problem-solving and decision-making skills, including: Supervising staff, salary/benefits administration, interviewing/hiring, scheduling, conducting new hire orientations, creating employee manuals, proofreading, and organizing and presenting training/benefit seminars. Terry is a graduate of Berkeley College, and has various designations in her career with banks and the medical industry including; Human Resource Officer, Assistant Treasurer, and Medical Practice Manager. She has over 5 years high-end catering management of weddings, Bar Mitzvah, and other detail oriented events.
Terry assists with all aspect of the restaurant reviewing process, assists with all special events, and manages Human Resource concerns. |

Chef Giletto developed his love of culinary arts as a young child during his time spent harvesting fresh ingredients from the land his family farmed and watching these ingredients be transformed into family feasts. From this early interest in the kitchen, Giletto has successfully expanded his culinary calling to encompass numerous awards and nominations as well as national television and radio media appearances. |

Neil has two major industry experiences under his belt. He was an Executive Chef for many years with The Loews Summit Hotel and Windows on the World, and he transitioned to a polar opposite job as an Institutional Broker Soliciting new business development towards hedge funds and investment managers across the US, UK, Tokyo and Hong Kong.
Provided Algorithmic Trading, Co-location, Latency Management, Connectivity to various trading venues, Software and Network solutions with firms like Investment Technology Group, Bank of America, Nomura, and the New York Stock Exchange. Neil provides business solutions capacity alongside LHC projects, and will at times take positions on-site with LHC client restaurants to oversee operations. |
